This policy explains what data the Sudoku Race: Head to Head app ("the app", "we") collects, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game. We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, health data, or advertising identifiers.
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
Text chat is available only inside private match rooms joined by a code. Messages are subject to rate limits, and you can report a message or block a user at any time (long-press a message). Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Blocked users' messages are hidden from you.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
We keep account and game data while your account exists. To request access to or deletion of your data, email us (below). We respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
